We provide reliable Dispatch Services, Technical Support Operations and back-office assistance to our clients operating in USA and Canada. Our Truck Dispatching Services are specially designed for owner operators and independent truckers with own authority (MC#). We are urgently looking for dedicated and experienced individuals with specialized expertise on Truck Dispatch in Transportation Industry of United States. Candidates with past experience of dispatching for the following equipment types are preferred: Flatbed, Dry Van, Reefers, Power only, Straight Box Trucks, Hotshots, and Step Decks. 

About the role:

As a Sales Executive you should be able to meet sales goals for the company. The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users or customers.  You should also be able to demonstrate the ability to probe, handle the opportunities to make an upsell or close a new sale. Being able to connect and empathize with our customers is important to our business, and above that, we care more about personality, passion, and work ethic of our employees who can blend in an amazing corporate culture and healthy work environment. 

What You'll Do:

  • Outbound/Cold calls
  • Sales Pipeline and Follow-ups
  • Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives. 
  • Maintaining documents and organizing client database over spreadsheets. 
  • Keep records of customer interactions, customer accounts. 
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. 
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. 
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and practices.

Job Requirements:

  • O Levels/Matric or above. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Fluent in English (American or neutral accent)
  • Comfortable with Night Shifts.
