As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base within the trucking industry through proactive cold calling efforts. You will engage with truckers across the USA, promoting our dispatching services and fostering long-term relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work on-site and earn a competitive commission based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to truckers across the USA, articulately presenting the benefits of our dispatching services.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding pricing, services, and terms.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and update the CRM system accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or education is a plus.
