Hiring both Male and Female staff for USA-based sales and dispatch agentsPosition: Sales Development Representative (SDR) & Dispatch Representatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to truck owners and drivers to introduce and explain our load-booking services.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our service offerings and competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients, including truck owners and drivers.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and value propositions of our services to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and rates with truck owners and drivers to secure their commitment to our load-booking platform.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into long-term clients.
- Collaborate with the dispatch and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Hardworking and punctual
