We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and experienced Amazon Marketplace Brand Manager to join our remote team. The candidate will be responsible for managing our brand from A-Z on the Amazon platform, and launching new products. The role will manage all the aspects of the brand including product development, marketing strategy, customer service, and sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage the brand strategy for our Amazon Marketplace, ensuring a consistent and strong brand presence.
  2. Oversee the launching of new products on Amazon, from the initial stages of development, listing optimization, to the execution of a successful launch strategy.
  3. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to create and implement marketing strategies that effectively showcase our products and drive sales on Amazon.
  4. Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer reviews to inform product and marketing strategies.
  5. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the supply chain efficiency.
  6. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Amazon algorithm to maximize visibility and sales.
  7. Monitor the product listing quality and product ratings, and devise strategies to improve them.
  8. Implement Amazon SEO strategies and optimize product listings for higher visibility and ranking.
  9. Oversee and manage promotions and campaigns to boost sales.
  10. Monitor and manage customer feedback and reviews, and devise strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in brand management and product launches on the Amazon platform is a must.
  3. Strong understanding of Amazon Marketplace, its algorithm, and seller best practices.
  4. Strong analytical abilities, with experience in analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage various stakeholders.
  6. Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central and other related software.
  7. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  8. Strong customer service focus, with the ability to handle customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
