Scope: This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Legal with our manufacturing client, located in Lahore.
Job Duties:
- As a Manager Legal, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing legal operations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and requirements, and providing legal advice and support to the organization.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, handle legal documentation, contracts, and agreements, and represent the company in legal matters.
Requirements:
- Law degree from an accredited institution
- Proven experience in a legal role, preferably as a Manager Legal or in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, contract law, and labor law
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex legal matters to non-legal stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Familiarity with the furniture industry and related legal considerations is a plus
Job Timings:
- Monday to Saturday - 09:00 AM - 5:30 PM
