Specific Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming customers and provide necessary information and guidance.
  • Answer and transfer calls, record messages, and deliver information promptly.
  • Handle the registration of visitors and manage visitor records.
  • Responsible for receiving and distributing company mail, express delivery, and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and professional image in the front desk area to ensure a comfortable experience for visitors.

Requirements:

  • Have excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Have good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Preferred candidates with front desk or customer service-related work experience.
  • Good appearance and work ethic, and the ability to maintain a professional image.
  • Education requirements: High school or equivalent, with relevant experience preferred.
