The ideal candidate will excel in providing top-notch customer support through chat, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via chat.
Efficiently and professionally resolve customer complaints and issues.
Identify, prioritize, and escalate critical issues to the appropriate departments or teams.
Provide customers with accurate, up-to-date information about our products and services.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Document customer interactions thoroughly, ensuring detailed and accurate records are kept.
Continuously update and expand your knowledge of our products and support protocols.

Requirements:

Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking.
Good English typing speed is required.

Shifts Offered:

Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Evening Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Night Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
