Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via chat.
  • Efficiently and professionally resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Identify, prioritize, and escalate critical issues to the appropriate departments or teams.
  • Provide customers with accurate, up-to-date information about our products and services.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly, ensuring detailed and accurate records are kept.
  • Continuously update and expand your knowledge of our products and support protocols.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking.
  • Good English typing speed is required.

Shifts Offered:

  • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • Night Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
