As a Digital Sales and After-Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting our services to potential clients in the UAE market and beyond. Your responsibilities will encompass both sales and post-sales activities, with a primary focus on fostering lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Sales:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the UAE market and other regions.
  • Utilize digital channels (email, social media, online advertising) to generate leads and engage with potential clients.
  • Conduct online presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our website development, app development services, and other related offerings.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition and unique selling points to prospective clients.

2. Business Development:

  • Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the UAE market and other regions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging digital content and campaigns tailored to the target audience.
  • Attend virtual industry events, webinars, and online networking platforms to increase our presence and generate business leads.

3. Client Needs Analysis:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their website, app development, and related service requirements.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and propose tailored solutions aligned with client's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop project proposals and quotes based on client requirements.

4. After-Sales Support:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Gather client feedback and testimonials to enhance service quality and promote positive customer experiences.

6. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead tracking, and after-sales interactions using CRM software.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital sales and business development, preferably in website development, app development services, and other related services mentioned above.
  • Familiarity with the UAE market and cultural nuances, with an understanding of other international markets as well.
  • Strong digital marketing skills and proficiency in using online tools for lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
