Faisla Movers is looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to support the Director in day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in providing administrative and executive support, handling confidential information, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, calls, and communications on behalf of the Director.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing internal and external events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required.
- Maintain files and records in an organized manner.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in the logistics or transport industry is a plus.
