We are looking for a Logistic Operator, an ideal candidate will play a vital role in the efficient and smooth operation of our dispatch department.
- Create and process airway bills using platforms such as FedEx, DHL, Blue Ex, and others
- Ensure accurate and error-free documentation for each shipment
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to schedule and manage deliveries efficiently
- Keep track of courier tracking numbers (CN) for all shipments
- Address and resolve any shipment-related issues promptly
- Maintain up-to-date records of parcels and shipments in the designated software
- Coordinate with courier companies through email communication
