We are a leading wholesale paper and board trading company seeking an energetic and results-driven salesperson to join our team. As a salesperson, you will play a key role in driving business growth through on-field marketing and sales efforts in Lahore and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the paper and board industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Conduct on-field marketing activities, including customer visits, product demonstrations, and sales pitches
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
• Intermediate degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a related industry (paper, board, or packaging)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (Lahore and other areas)
