Ezify SMC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. If you have a creative mindset, a passion for design, and at least 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and UI/UX, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and create intuitive, user-friendly designs.
Design engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including websites, mobile apps, social media, marketing materials, and more.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups for new features and enhancements to existing products.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
Create high-quality visual content, including illustrations, icons, and layouts, that align with brand guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies and apply them to the design process.
Ensure a consistent visual identity across all digital and print materials.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of work.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in graphic design and UI/UX design.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects) and other relevant tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work across various digital platforms.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Experience conducting user research, creating user personas, and mapping out user journeys.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics and visual details.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
