We are seeking an experienced Production in Charge to oversee the production process of polymer pipes at our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality production, meeting production targets, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production schedules, raw material procurement, and equipment maintenance to meet production targets.

2. Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce waste.

3. Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality standards, conduct regular quality checks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

4. Team Management: Supervise and train production staff, promote a safe working environment, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

5. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

6. Raw Material Management: Ensure adequate inventory of raw materials, monitor stock levels, and optimize usage.

7. Safety and Housekeeping: Ensure a safe and clean working environment, implement safety protocols, and conduct regular safety audits.

8. Cost Control: Monitor and control production costs, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

9. Reporting: Provide regular production reports, quality reports, and other key performance indicators to management.

Requirements:

1. Education: Graduate /D.A.E in Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in polymer pipe manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.

3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of polymer pipe manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.

4. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

5. Certifications: Relevant certifications in polymer pipe manufacturing, quality control, or safety management are an advantage.
