Network Management:

Monitor, manage, and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
Configure and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, firewalls, and access points.
Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining security measures, including firewalls and antivirus software.

System Administration:

Manage and maintain servers, including Windows Linux-based systems.
Oversee the installation, configuration, Troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Perform regular system backups and recovery operations.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and IT equipment.

IT Operations:

Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
Maintain an inventory of IT assets and manage software subscriptions.

Timings: 12 Hours in a week, Monday to Friday
