Major Accountabilities:

Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and implement timely repairs to ensure continuous operation of textile machinery.
Lead maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and optimizing efficiency through data-driven analysis.
Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruptions to production schedules.
Utilize advanced computer skills to manage maintenance records, optimize budgets, and stay updated on industry advancements to propose equipment improvements.

Criteria

7-10 years of experience especially working with the following equipment
Ring Frames
Auto Cone
Carding
Blow Room
Simplex
Sewing Thread Winder
TFO
Cheese Winder
Educational background
B.SC. in Mechanical Engineering from HEC Recognized Institute. (3-5 Years’ Experience).
Diploma in Mechanical Technology from HEC recognized Institute (5-7 Years’ Experience).
Additional preference will be given to candidates having specialization in relevant field
Computer Literacy.
Ability to work with Internal software/ERP.
Complete command on Microsoft Office.
Internet based part identification and sourcing.
Ability to schedule related maintenance program.
General Communication skills.
Ability to absorb technical knowledge while being a good listener.
Ability to write professional dossier and emails.
Technical Skill.
Historical Data analysis for optimum maintenance budgeting
Experience in leading maintenance teams.
