- Oversee and optimize weekly and monthly production schedules, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of materials through continuous improvement, stakeholder communication, and adherence to sales forecasts.
- Equip the PPC team with necessary resources, hold them accountable, and ensure effective communication and decision-making to manage delivery schedules, floor operations, and outsourced production targets.
