Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and validate key reports, including production, machine performance, and quality metrics, ensuring accuracy and timely SAP ERP integration.
- Assist the Spinning Manager and Technical Manager in preparing schedules, audits, and troubleshooting quality issues.
- Train and mentor team members on SAP ERP functionalities and cultivate a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with ISO and Sedex standards.
- Support ERP integration for all departments and mitigate errors according to company standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 2-4 years in a spinning department within a textile unit.
Education: B.S. in Textile Engineering or Textile Technology from an HEC-recognized institute.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and ERP systems, with experience in Power BI tools.
- Strong ability to work with simulated reports, datasheets, and internal software.
General Skills:
- Excellent analytical, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Professional email and dossier writing ability.
- Effective listening and technical knowledge absorption.
