Senior SEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO practices, be highly analytical, and be capable of developing and executing effective SEO strategies that will improve our search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement SEO Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals, ensuring optimal website performance and visibility.

Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content strategy and optimize existing content.

On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images for search engines. Ensure website architecture and structure align with SEO best practices.

Off-Page SEO: Develop and implement link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search rankings.

Technical SEO: Work closely with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code. Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend solutions.

Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that meets user intent and drives organic traffic.

Performance Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to track and report on key SEO metrics. Provide regular performance updates and insights.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in SEO, with a successful track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly present SEO strategies and performance reports to stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
