We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO/Director\'s schedule, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Assist with office management tasks, such as maintaining files, ordering supplies, and coordinating meetings.
  • Accurately handle data entry and maintain various records.
  • Provide general administrative support, including preparing presentations, reports, and documents.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on various topics.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support the Executive Office with any additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation or equivalent.
  • Minimum three (03) to four (04) years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to accurately draft emails, letters, and other documents.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Confidentiality and discretion are essential.
