Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager in business Development, to lead and supervise a team within our Financial Markets division. You will play a key role in driving new business growth, nurturing leads, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Supervision:

Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a team of Business Development Representatives.
Motivate and coach team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market segment.
Qualify and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals.

Customer Service:

Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Build strong relationships with clients and address their needs and concerns.
Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

Market Expertise:

Maintain a deep understanding of financial markets, including stocks, gold, and crude oil.
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
Analyze market data to identify opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Disciplined, organized, and results-oriented.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
