We’re looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, build a world-class development team, and drive innovation.
Role Overview: CTO at INNOVATE IT
As the CTO, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s technology vision, leading product development, and scaling our engineering team to support rapid growth. Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy & Vision
Define and implement long-term technology goals aligned with business objectives.
Identify emerging technologies (AI, cloud, blockchain) to drive innovation.
Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture for all products.
Product Development & Innovation
Lead the design, development, and deployment of MVPs, SaaS products, and custom software solutions.
Oversee agile development processes and ensure high-quality software delivery.
Drive automation and AI integration to enhance efficiency.
Technical Leadership & Team Building
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Implement best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and software architecture.
Security, Compliance & Infrastructure
Ensure data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
Oversee cloud infrastructure, scalability, and system reliability.
Optimize cost-efficient cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Business & Growth Alignment
Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align technology with business goals.
Evaluate partnerships, acquisitions, and technology investments.
Drive technical sales support and engage with clients to understand their needs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 7+ years in software development, 3+ years in a leadership/CTO role.
Technical Expertise: Strong background in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), full-stack development (React, Node.js, Python, Java, .NET), DevOps, AI/ML, and cybersecurity.
Leadership & Strategy: Experience in scaling startups, leading engineering teams, and product innovation.
Agile & DevOps: Expertise in CI/CD, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Problem-Solving: Ability to drive innovation, optimize systems, and lead technical decision-making.
Startup Mindset: Adaptable, hands-on, and passionate about scaling fast in a competitive environment.
Software Architecture: Knowledge of enterprise-level architecture, system design, and API integration.
AI & Data Science: Understanding of AI algorithms, data engineering, and machine learning applications.
Cybersecurity: Experience in security frameworks, encryption, and compliance standards.
Stakeholder Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts to business leaders and investors.
Financial & Budgeting Skills: Experience managing IT budgets, cost optimizations, and technology investments.
