A well-renowned charitable eye hospital in Nawabshah is looking for a Head of Finance for its operations. This is a Senior Management role reporting directly to the board of trustees. The Head of Finance will be responsible for the management of all financial processes, and regulatory compliance and assisting in setting the strategy and expansion activities of the Group.
Core roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Look after organization financial operations and reporting requirements which include independent financials and consolidated group reporting for both management purposes and tax/legal purposes.
- This will include quarterly/annual tax filing.
- Lead and/or guide, monitor, and safeguard the preparation and implementation of issues related to Finance & Administration.
- Lead and/or Monitor staff timesheet keeping, and allocation of salary costs to Project and other budgets.
- This will also include profitability monitoring of individual units.
- Lead and/or prepare, implement and monitor procurement procedures and contracts with experts and providers, and other outsourced suppliers/partners. ·
- Develop transfer pricing policies and procedures for the group’s specific business.
- Reviewing contracts with suppliers and customers to ensure that prices are fair and reasonable.
- Lead financial audits and cooperate with Auditing Bodies, including providing information and files during inspections.
- Lead accounting software regularly and in collaboration with the Finance team ·
- Lead management administration matters including preparation of engagement letters, MoUs, Clients’ proposals, NDAs, and documents required for regulatory submission. It includes follow-up with all sub-contractors, clients, and consultants to arrange signed documents
- Lead office expansion requirements including negotiation for the new office, finalization of contracts, planning, and arrangement of required documents.
- The Organization also has plans of expanding to other regions.
- Assist all support departments including HR, procurement, marketing, IT, and admin on the up gradation of processes linked with the finance department
- Work with external consultants for the preparation of corporate strategic plans for each of the entities along with implementation support for all its subsidiaries of the group.
- Review all accounting entries of all group entities, and sub-contracting costs trackers on regular basis.
- Preparation of Project recovery based on technical staff timesheet data on a quarterly basis.
- Supervise the Finance & Accounts team.
- Any other task as required
