We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support financial planning and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with financial regulations and contribute to efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update general ledger accounts and financial records.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Cost Analysis: Analyze costs and expenses to support business decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
