WHO WE ARE:

Electronic Security Company (ESCO) is Pakistan's largest distributor of Video Surveillance (VS), Public Address (PA), Access Control Systems (ACS), and various relevant Communication and Information Technology Electronics. We are looking for a services supervisor/coordinator having vast experience in handling client communication as well as technicians/laborers’ handling in relevant or similar services field. You will assign, manage and lead a team of CCTV Camera and other ELV systems installers and will ensure a smooth customer experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieving 100% precise match of physical vs. theoretical stock count.
Processing/Recording Stock Plans, Receipts and Deliveries in ERP.
Obtaining, scanning and uploading proof of deliveries and receipts to the cloud.
Maintaining a library like arrangement in the warehouse.
Conducting stock audits as per audit calendar.
Take part in planning and allocating space for upcoming consignments.
Ensuring all inventory processes are met with company standards.
Periodic feedback to the senior management.
Investigate, Find, Report and Remove Discrepancies.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 01-year experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Email communication savvy.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities Accounting basic concepts
