- Make Outbound Sales Calls to customers, introducing our (Product/Services).
Leads Generation:
- Identify and follow up on warm leads provided by the marketing team or Sourced through social media campaigns.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and objections to successfully close the sales.
Sales Target:
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Reporting:
- Provide regular reporting and feedback to the line manager regarding performance and customer interactions.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing, Commerce or a related field is a plus.
- 2- 4 years’ experience in Tele sales preferably in call center or B2C environment.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales target.
- Excellent communication skills with confident presence over the phone call.
- Females are encouraged to apply having fulfill the criteria along with telesales experience.
