Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively sell allocated property to achieve sales targets.
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Closing sales and leases on properties, managing existing accounts.
  • Attend weekly sales report meetings with the management.
  • Scheduling site visits and tours to potential clients.
  • Keep records of sales productivity internally and externally.
  • Advise & contribute on all marketing materials on projects.
  • Coordinate with Marketing department to devise strategy to ensure online presence and lead generation.
  • Report on sales activities to the manager.
  • Represent Earthlink at Real Estate Events when required.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.
