We're seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth for our US campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing coaching and feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to identify and address performance gaps.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a call center environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
