We are Looking for an Upwork Bidder with a minimum of 1 year of experience and a proven track record of generating business. This is an on-site, full-time role with flexible working hours, a competitive salary + commission, and other benefits.
Responsibilities
- Craft customized proposals to win projects
- Identify and evaluate potential projects on Upwork
- Maintain a strong understanding of our services
- Collaborate with the team to create proposal content
- Monitor Upwork for new business opportunities
- Negotiate project terms and pricing with the client
- Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business
