We are a new IT company - Dynamic IT Solutions with its head office in Canada and branch office in Pakistan, specializing in website, mobile app development and Digital Marketing,
We are looking for an experienced Upwork bidder who can also convert leads into finalized projects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning website and mobile app development projects on Upwork and will be able to create compelling proposals that stand out from the competition.
In addition, the ideal candidate should also have experience in converting leads into successful projects.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and bidding on the relevant website, mobile app development and Digital Marketing projects on Upwork and any other platforms.
- Creating compelling proposals that highlight our strengths and differentiate us from the competition.
- Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and provide relevant solutions.
- Converting leads into finalized projects.Collaborating with the team to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
- Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and building long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Upwork bidder in relevant projects.
- Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork in the relevant area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of relevant IT technologies and trends.Experience in converting leads into successful projects
- Payment:We understand that our company is new and may not have a large portfolio or history on Upwork.
- Therefore, we offer a competitive salary and commission-based incentives for each project won and converted into a successful project on Upwork.
