Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Promote Flink Freight Logistics' services to customers and explain how we can meet their logistics needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and offer solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements with customers.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up on sales leads and ensure timely communication with customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics or a similar industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Office Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM 

(Night Shift)Salary: 40,000 to 100,000 PKR + Commission
