Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting and guiding dermatologists about our range of skin care products. This role involves developing and executing strategies to effectively communicate the benefits and scientific backing of our products, establishing relationships with key dermatology professionals, and driving product adoption within the dermatology community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Promotion:

    • Conduct in-person visits to dermatologists to present and demonstrate skin care products.
    • Educate dermatologists on product benefits, ingredients, and clinical evidence supporting efficacy.
    • Provide product samples, detailed brochures, and other relevant materials.
  2. Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dermatologists and their staff.
    • Understand and address the specific needs and concerns of each practice.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for dermatologists, offering support and answering queries.
  3. Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement strategies to increase product visibility and adoption among dermatologists.
    • Analyze market trends and competitive products to inform marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to tailor messaging and product offerings.
  4. Market Analysis:

    • Gather and analyze feedback from dermatologists to assess product performance and areas for improvement.
    • Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activities.
  5. Educational Outreach:

    • Organize and participate in educational events, workshops, and seminars for dermatologists.
    • Provide training and resources to enhance dermatologists’ understanding of product benefits and applications.
  6. Reporting:

    • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and sales performance.
    • Provide regular updates to management on achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
