Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, preferably with a track record of success. (Not necessary if you possess the required skills and have a neutral accent)
- Proven expertise in managing social media profiles and driving engagement across various platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent, enabling effective communication with international clients.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to develop engaging content.
- Proficiency in using social media tools and analytics to measure the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Familiarity with US/Canadian business practices and the ability to comfortably work in their time zones.
- Residing in the DHA/Cantt or surrounding areas in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including social media platforms, emails, and phone calls.
- Nurture leads and conduct effective follow-ups to drive sales conversions.
- Respond to inquiries and engage with prospects through social media platforms to create meaningful connections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media postings that align with our brand's messaging and attract potential clients.
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new techniques to enhance sales and social media management skills.
