You will also lead and mentor a team of 15 recruitment professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovative recruitment techniques and enhances overall team performance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT landscape, along with strong communication and organizational skills, enabling effective engagement with candidates and clients alike.
