We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Agent to join our team.As a Customer Support Agent specializing in Live Demo and Platform User Training, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support. Your primary responsibility will be conducting live demos and user training sessions, providing insightful guidance to users on our platform functionalities.                                                                     

Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

  • Conduct live product demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing the features and capabilities of our platform.                                                                                                                   
  • Provide ongoing support and training resources to enhance user proficiency.                                                                                                                                                                                               
  • Collaborate with the wider support team to address escalated issues and provide timely resolutions.                                                                                                                                           
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring a positive and informative interaction.

Skills Required & Qualififications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support, with a focus on live demos and training.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in conducting live product demonstrations and user training sessions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to client needs.
  • Reliable and fast internet connection suitable for remote work.
  • Comfortable working hours from 8 am to 6 pm USA PST time zone.

Preference: Candidates with O/A Levels education are encouraged to apply.
