Lead Generation Executive

DGTX is looking for a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive for our Tax business located in Karachi, FB Area. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, Generating Sales Leads, closing sales, and providing support to customers. Other day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, keeping accurate records, and participating in training sessions.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain product features and benefits
Experience in customer service and customer support with the ability to quickly resolve customer issues
Proven sales skills with the ability to persuade and close deals
Willingness to participate in training and continuous development
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Fluency in English and Urdu with strong language proficiency
Experience in tele sales or call center environment is preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus

Must be fluent in English have good communication skills

Freshers OR 1-2 years of Tele-calling experience (preferred outbound sales)

Day Shift 9 am to 6 pm (flexi-shifts available)
