Software Developer

At Developers Den, we are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong background in Python to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will contribute to various software development projects, implementing efficient and scalable solutions that address the needs of our clients. With at least 5 years of industry experience, the selected candidate will play a key role in designing, coding, and testing software applications while also providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers within a team of 5 persons. This position requires not only technical proficiency but also robust communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in delivering high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using Python and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and devise effective solutions.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in software development.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to promote continuous improvement.
Design and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure software reliability and performance.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications for future reference and team knowledge sharing.
Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on programming techniques, problem-solving, and project workflows.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in software development to continually enhance personal skills and team capabilities.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
