- Organizes, supervises and improves the activity of logistics department;
- Builds the planning of the necessary stocks of raw materials and finished goods;
- Keeps in contact with the suppliers and customers regarding the supply of raw materials and delivery of finished goods;
- Ensures the necessary amount of finished goods by performing periodical inventory of the warehouse;
- Coordinates transport activities in order to ensure 100 % on-time delivery to the client;
- Supervises warehouse activities;
- Tracks the delivery of goods to the clients;
