- Bachelor's degree in commerce, management, Accounting or Finance required
- Handling and processing all aspects for payables, to include payment tracking.
- Assemble customer, subcontractor and vendor invoices, BOQs and other required documents.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable/collections.
- Process weekly Accounts Payable check run and monitor when invoices are due.
- Reconcile monthly deposits.
- Follow up clients for balance & Advance Payments
- Additional duties as assigned.
