- We are a Truck Dispatching center hiring for experienced sales agents / Customers Sales Specialists / Call center Agents for Carrier / Truckers Sales Campaigns.
- We are seeking dynamic Telesales specialists / Call center agents to join our team of Truck Dispatching.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers / Carriers / Truckers over the phone to promote our Truck dispatch services and products like MC leasing and rental trailers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to secure appointments or sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Salesforce.
- Provide information about products and services in a clear and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English.
- Utilise telemarketing software efficiently to manage call lists and track outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English languages.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales roles.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month depends in sales
