We are seeking a highly skilled Chat Support and Call Center Agent to join our team. This is an advanced-level role requiring extensive experience in sales and customer interaction. Experience working with US and Canadian clients is mandatory. Our company specializes in appliance sales and services, offering high-quality products and solutions to customers across the US and Canada. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle both live chat and calls (outbound as well as inbound) with customers based in the US and Canada.
Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve inquiries.
Demonstrate strong sales skills to upsell and cross-sell products.
Maintain a professional and engaging demeanor during interactions.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the US/Canadian market.
Fluency in English with a neutral or US accent (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Availability for full-time work (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and chat software is a plus.
