Position Overview:
As a Specialist in Service Delivery within Decibel BPO, the resource will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of HR service delivery to clients utilizing our Human Resource Management System (HRMS) solutions. Your role will involve handling service delivery to clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of HRMS support and implementation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs and ensuring the effective delivery of HRMS solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for client issues, working towards resolution and client satisfaction.
- Establish, monitor, and maintain SLAs for Service Delivery.
- Meet or exceed SLA targets and deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of HRMS implementations, client interactions, and service delivery processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR Operations and HRMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HRMS software and technologies.
