We are currently looking for a Remote Position to fulfill the role of Project Manager Facilitator

Responsibilities and Abilities

Lead and Guide Development Teams: Provide vision and direction to software development teams to deliver high-quality products that align with the company’s strategic goals. Promotes continuous improvement within the team to enhance product outcomes.
Champion Agile Methodologies: Drives a culture of continuous improvement, advancing the team’s understanding and application of Agile/Scrum principles tailored to software development. Ensures that Agile practices are being followed to maximize efficiency and delivery.
Incorporate Customer and Market Feedback: Collaborates with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to continuously adapt the product based on changing market demands and customer needs. Ensures the product remains relevant and competitive.
Product Backlog Management and Prioritization: Works closely with stakeholders to create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog. Balances short-term deliverables with long-term product strategy to maximize value delivery.
Facilitate Agile events: Oversees and participates in key Agile events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth team collaboration and alignment with product goals.
Clear Obstacles to Progress: Proactively identifies and helps resolve roadblocks that may impede the development team's progress, ensuring continuous momentum and delivery of product increments.
Align Development with Product Vision: Ensures that all development activities are aligned with the product vision and roadmap. Works with the team to ensure that the development is focused on delivering features that provide maximum value to the business and customers.
Stakeholder Communication and Alignment: Provides regular, clear communication to stakeholders on product progress, risks, and updates. Ensures transparency and alignment between the development team and key stakeholders.
Ensure Resource Alignment with Priorities: Collaborates with leadership to ensure that product development priorities are aligned with available resources, making strategic decisions to optimize team performance and resource utilization.

Communication Skills and Qualifications

Experience using Slack, Asana, and Basecamp to manage workflow
Problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Project planning, risk management, time management, and other project management skills
Experience in strategic planning and/or change management
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Experience with relevant programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master Certifications.
Strong command of the English Language both verbal and written
