We are looking for a talented Figma Designer with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces for both mobile and web applications. You will collaborate with our developers and product teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring our products are not only functional but also visually appealing and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for mobile and web applications using Figma.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and adherence to project timelines.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to continuously improve designs.
- Maintain consistency in design elements across various platforms while adhering to brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a focus on mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, with a solid understanding of its features and capabilities.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, particularly in mobile and web applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to adapt designs for various screen sizes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Familiarity with design systems and components.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development is a plus.
