• Track and investigate counterfeiting activities impacting the company’s products ,ensuring timely identification of counterfeit operations.
  • Conduct frequent market surveys and coordinate raids in collaboration with law enforcement to detect and remove counterfeit products from the market.
  • Establish strong working relationships with local and national law enforcement agencies, customs officials, and regulatory bodies to facilitate the seizure of counterfeit goods.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with relevant external stakeholders, including police, customs, local government authorities, and industry watchdog groups.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, identify emerging counterfeit activities, and provide actionable insights to develop preventive measures and strategies.
  • Design and implement comprehensive anti-counterfeiting strategies in alignment with the company’s broader risk management and brand protection efforts.
  • Lead training sessions for internal teams, distributors, and external stakeholders to increase awareness about counterfeit risks and preventive actions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all counterfeit incidents, investigations, market surveys, and outcomes to support legal actions and reporting.
  • Secure and maintain evidence related to counterfeit cases, ensuring it is properly documented and stored.
  • Evaluate the risk of counterfeit products within specific markets and recommend strategies to mitigate these risks.
