Cybercom is leading IT & Telecom solutions Provider Company in cutting edge technology era. We are looking for professional Accounts Administrator who is efficient enough to excel our business further.
RESPONSIBILITY OF ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR:
- Working with spreadsheets sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Preparing statutory accounts.
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments amounts and records are correct.
- Sorting out incomings and outgoings daily post and answering any queries.
- Managing petty cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
- Reports on the status of account payable and receivable.
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepare send and store invoices.
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
SKILLS:
- Hands on experience with accounting software.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Solid data entry skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive confident and determined approach.
- High degree of self-motivation.
- Skills to work both independently and as a part of team.
