We are outsourcing Office Admin for overseas work in Pakistan. We are looking for someone who is flexible to work with us in our hours. Easily adaptable, Responsible, Self-motivated, Mature and Down to Earth. Driving Skill is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate must be fluent in English Spoken.
  • Must be Fluent in Microsoft Office. Will be an advantage if you have experience in accounts related.
  • Managing customer’s reservations through Extranet and Channel Manager.
  • Preparation of sales reports on daily basis.
  • Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
  • Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management.
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data.
  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
