Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cold calling, with a talent for initiating engaging conversations and identifying potential clients who can benefit from our cutting-edge digital marketing services.  

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage high-volume cold calling efforts to generate qualified leads.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to capture the interest of potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Position our services effectively during interactions with potential clients.
  • Identify and research potential clients, understanding their business needs and how our services align with their objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager/Team Lead to schedule sales appointments with qualified leads.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of leads to the sales team.
  • Document all activities, interactions, and relevant information in the CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and prospects.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation goals.
  • Continuously assess and refine strategies to optimize lead generation performance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide insights and feedback on cold-calling scripts and approaches.
  • Participate in collaborative efforts to refine strategies based on performance analytics.

  Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex services.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.

    Bonus Skills:

  • Open-minded and keen to learn new things and grow with the team
  • Experience in using LinkedIn for lead sourcing
  • Ability to manage leads through the sales funnel
  • Strong research skills
