Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via phone to introduce and promote our solar products and services.
- Explain the benefits of solar energy and answer customer questions.
- Schedule appointments for in-home consultations or virtual meetings with our sales team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a detailed database of customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
