We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solar Telesales Executive Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and engineering, with a passion for Solar renewable energy. This role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, understanding their energy needs, and proposing tailored solar solutions. You will play a critical role in driving our sales growth and helping customers transition to sustainable energy sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to generate leads and close sales.
  • Understand and analyze customers' energy requirements and provide appropriate solar solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to customers.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate system design and implementation.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and address any technical questions or concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in telesales or sales engineering, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical customers.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
