• Conduct outbound & Inbound calls to prospective shippers.
• Generating leads and attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline.
• Identify and qualify potential customers through effective questioning and needs analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing & new clients.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide timely and accurate information.
• Collaborating with shippers and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs.
• Updating customers on the status of shipments, and assisting with other inquiries.
• Follow-up with customers for payments
• Ensure high-end customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support.
• Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our services to potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular reports to the Team Lead on sales performance.
• Follow established sales processes and procedures.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in freight brokerage technology.
• Adhere to ethical standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
